We protect your privacy.  Only with your signed authorization can a copy of your record be released.

Records can be sent at your request to other physicians or hospitals. We charge a copy fee for records for you, insurance companies, attorneys, etc. This fee is for the work involved to prepare your record and is to be paid in advance.

We request at least two business days notice to copy records. We make every effort to send requested records as soon as possible.
