The day before your procedure drink only clear liquids for breakfast, lunch and dinner. No solid food is to be eaten.

Early this morning you will mix the Trilyte with lukewarm water to the fill line and shake until thoroughly mixed. Put in the refrigerator to chill.

At 2:00 p.m.: Take 2 of the Dulcolax tablets with water or Gatorade. Do not crush or chew the tablets. You need to swallow them whole.

At 4:00 p.m.: Begin drinking the Trilyte solution and drink an 8 ounce glass of Trilyte every 10-20 minutes until you have drunk 1/2 the bottle. You will drink a total of 8 glasses. Do not take any medication within 1 hour of drinking the Trilyte. It will get flushed out of your system.

At 6:00 p.m. Take 2 more Dulcolax tablets with water or Gatorade. Remember to swallow them whole.
